The GM Collection, a two-day media event in Chandler, Ariz., to showcase the General Motors’
vast 2009 brands, brought to the forefront several automotive terms that will increasingly become more prevelant in industry lexicon.

From the much-ballyhooed Chevrolet Volt to the Cadillac Escalade Hybrid, here are a few of the terms GM representatives used during their presentations of the new vehicles:
